Lowell Ann James, beloved daughter of the late Robert James and Lowell E. Beach, was born on March 27, 1959 in Wardtown, Virginia. She departed this life on April 27, 2022 at Shore Health & Rehab Center in Parksley, Virginia.
Lowell was educated in the public schools of Northampton County and was a graduate of Northampton High School. She enjoyed babysitting for family and friends.
In her spare time, Lowell loved to complete puzzles, knit, watch WWE, and bake cakes.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Anna C. Beach; grandfather, Littleton Beach, Sr.; and uncles, Littleton Beach, Jr., Elwood Beach, and Robert James, Jr.
