Johnson’s BBQ had several locations in the South Bronx and was known for it’s southern homestyle cooking, mustard and red BBQ sauce, and most of all, serving the community.

Pauline enjoyed cooking, reading, and listening to all genres of music; she was a big fan of Al Green. She enjoyed spending time with family, watching basketball, and had a knack for interior design. She was well-known for her fashionable style, class, and grace.
