Obituary for Tabora Jermaine "T.B." Bailey

Tabora Jermaine Bailey, son of William Randolph Watson, Minnie Bailey, and William Wise, was born on November 9, 1983 in Nassawadox, Virginia. He tragically departed this life on October 15, 2022.

Tabora was educated in the public schools of Accomack County. He had a love for cars. In his early twenties, he had an old skool car with the big rims. As he got a little older, he developed a love for foreign cars and SUVs.

Tabora was a die-hard fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Boston Celtics. Whenever the Buccaneers played the Eagles his brother, Butch, had to endure a few long conversations of trash talking.

Tabora’s love for his children was undeniable. His five children were his pride and joy. He wore the title Dad with pride. His love for his mother was one that not even death can erase. No matter the time of day or night his 1st Lady, as he called her, would always be there. His big sister, Martisha, and his brother, Butch, were sure to hear I love you at the end of every text or conversation. He wasn’t for everyone and everyone was not for him, but if he said he loved you, he meant it. “T.B.” has left a void that will never be filled, but we will hold fast to every memory of him and never forget him.

Tabora was preceded in death by his grandmother, Frances Bailey; aunt, Vivian Ann Bailey; sister, Vanessa Johnson; and brother-in-law, Robbie Dennis.

Tabora leaves to cherish his loving memory his five children, Tabiyah Bailey, Ciara Abbott, C’Asia Abbott, Tabora Bailey, Jr., and Forever Bailey; mother, Minnie Bailey; fathers, William Randolph Watson and William Wise, who raised him from the age of four; siblings, Martisha Dennis, Brian (Khadijah) Wise, Ronald Rice, Sr., Barry White, Sr., Marvin Mason, Shondell Bivens, Michael Downing, Marcella Copes, Troy Kemp, Tanya Glory, Lavern Downing, Anita Hammond, Melvin Milbourne, and Shirkea Townsend; his children’s mothers, Cynthia Giddens, Carolyn “CeCe” Abbott, and Kelisa Giddens; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
